If you're okay with spending a bit more for unbeatable service, check out NodeCraft (https://nodecraft.com). They're my absolute favorite Minecraft host. I have a server with them, and probably one of my favorite things is their custom control panel. It's to die for, along with their app.
However, Shockbyte (https://shockbyte.com) also does fairly well. I've heard customer support lacks though. But at $2.50/GB, you shouldn't expect a perfect host.

As for GalaxyNode Dot-Tech LLC bought it as of 3 days ago as the owner was going to close it, we have been fixing the problems the last owner caused but we are still open. With that being said be sure to check out MPGServers.com as well, we hope to have you as a client! On a side note, while most of our dedicated servers are out of stock, if you add us on Skype we can see what we have, as for your ram request we may be able to offer a dedicated server at a more affordable rate then shared hosting.

Again coming FROM MCPH due to their prices, and node craft has almost the same prices. Though do have to say it's nice to have that good support when opening or starting a server, but now it's pretty much useless for me as I can have our devs work on the systems instead.
And a little "update" on GGServers:
Currently 1 week since I have purchased my servers from them, the first day I got Bungeecord support which was nice to set up, anyways found out their Multicraft Panel is not the best looking (worse than default) and their panels/nodes are on different domains (One server on panel103.ggserversname.com and ones panel81.ggserversname.com) so that's already a pain in the arse since its also different accounts per panel. Anyways panel 103 has many suspended servers and ect and lags sometimes therefore closing my Bungee Proxy and kicking off my players, now they say we're going to have to go to a new panel (Which I requested Sunday, the first time this happened, and they first said no) Worse of all, they also said all the files would too be erased and I would have to switch them over my selves, so yes I don't see me with them for any much longer. Probably going to even send in an email of complaint of how crappy the node maintenance is there, but yea for those handing me plans, remember I'm not looking for the BEST SERVICE, but the best plan
