Hey! I run a towny server and I'm looking for someone to help me modify an open source auction house plugin called NexusAuctionHouse.

Basically I want players to be able to list items for either money (Vault) or gems (SimpleGems) when selling on the AH. Both plugins are open source so the source is there to work with.

Here's everything it needs to do:
  • /ah sell <price> [money|gems] command so players can choose which currency
  • Check the buyer actually has enough of that currency before they can purchase
  • Take gems or money from the buyer depending on the listing
  • Give the correct currency to the seller
  • Refund the right currency if a listing expires or gets cancelled
  • Show the currency type clearly in the item lore in the GUI
  • Expired items menu should show which currency the item was listed for so players know what they're getting back
  • Admin logs should show the currency type on each entry (e.g. 'sold for 500 gems' vs 'sold for $500')

If you have any questions please DM me .hetti. on discord! Drop your price and some examples of past work below on discord as well please. .hetti.

Hi, I can take a focused first-client pass on this.
This is a good fit for a small patch scope because the requirements are specific: add the currency type to listing creation, purchase validation, payout/refund handling, GUI lore, expired menu, and admin logs.
Founder pricing:
  • $10 repo/code diagnostic if you want a written implementation plan first
  • $25-$50 small patch attempt if the NexusAuctionHouse and SimpleGems APIs are straightforward after review
I would need the target Minecraft/server version, plugin versions, source links/forks, and the exact build command. I will not need server admin credentials or remote access by default.
No guaranteed compatibility until the source/API is checked, but I can keep it one clear patch scope and report blockers quickly.
