Hi Guys! In late December/early January I will be launching PokeNinjas.com a new and UNIQUE Pixelmon experience!
We will offer three worlds within our server that players can travel and collect every gym badge.
We will also feature player owned gyms, player owned shops, shiny starters along with player exclusive events, a custom ranking system, Safari, and much more

We will run Grief Prevention along with Project Portals and Project Worlds for easy teleporting between our three unique worlds. We own custom schematics for many pokemon statues that are unique to our server only. We will launch with a full website and a special launch event within two months.

What I'm looking for and what I'm offering:

I'm looking to assemble a team of 12+ players for the following roles
World Admin - 3 spots available
World Mod - 3 spots available
World builders - 6 spots available
Helpers - 2 spots available
Gym leaders - 3 spots available
You may apply for a gym leader in combination with one other position.

What I'm offering:
I will pay every team member every 30 days. I will have a unique bonus system and have every admin position on the line over the next two months of putting everything together. If you earn World Admin for any world you will get a $200 bonus on top of monthly pay. I want to pay YOU and give you incentives to help make and create the best Pixelmon experience on the market. We will be making a custom/unique experience for our players and not following the same methods most other servers.

I know how to manage a community, use forums, configure plugins and simply keep a healthy and friendly server. I also have experience of being Mod on some other smaller servers.

Experience: I have been around the minecraft community for a good 4 and a half years now and 90% of that has been drifting to servers modded and vanilla helping where i can. It started off just helping in chat etc.. but since then its flourished into something i really enjoy and take pride in but enough of that .. into the nitty gritty.
As i stated i have moderated/administrated in quite a few servers over my time but one of the bigger/relateable ones was a modded pvp server running the crackpack mod (Thunder Network a 40 -50plyr factions server ) where my roles where solving issues arose in chat, making sure players had the best experience possible, finding bugs/glitches and reporting to be seen too and honestly keeping staff members in line and behaving correctly. personally i would say i preformed these to the highest of standards and i never came in there as hire staff i started as a player giving feedback and reporting problems that where further used to improve the server and help it grow into a community.
But yes that is only one of the places i have been in my travels and would be more than willing go indeph about the others since i dont want to fill up the thread with my spam :p
