Looking to be a Partner / Company worker

Hi guys! Welcome to a different type of thread I'm going to be making. To start off, I am looking for anyone who is seeking a Partner / Media-Owner. If so, you have came to the right post.

BACKGROUND:
To start off, I am a 15 year old male from New Jersey! All my life, I love to help and basically work. During my free time, I still try to see if anyone seeks help and this is where I am at to this day. I am one to be said as creative, efficient, dedicated, friendly, and very calm.
WHAT I WANT TO DO:
As of this post, I wish to look for a company / partnership deal that I can help in multiple ways, I try doing what's best for everyone, and take all ideas into circumstance. The company I wish to look for can be about anything to me, but I just wish for the owners and workers, to be as efficient and dedicated as I can be. I feel as if I can add more into here but if I do, I feel as if this can be boring and people who read past this.
PAYMENT AND/OR FUNDS:
Being honest, I am looking somewhere, where I do not need to be paid depending on the work / job offering. For example a social media manager. I would not have a problem doing this for free. This can mean twitter and customer support. If it comes down to what income needs to be spent, I am very reliable on this. I make smart decision that is best for the company. I am not a cheap person nor a person who wants the best and spend all the money. I would want to spend it on items needed, not items that we use once then stop.

I think what this guy is trying to say is, fix your grammar some, and you'll have more opportunities.

Not being rude, just pointing out that he needs to actually show effort and dedication. An application is the first impression, why wouldn't you make it your best?
