Yes, this is satire. Don't you find it annoying or funny? Have you ever made one just like this? Here are some ways on how you can improve your thread:

1. Adding a resume. A resume is key if you want to get a proper position. If you don't know how to make a resume, you can search for resume examples online or check out mine and see what you can create on your own: https://bit.ly/FauxsResume
2. Describe your previous experiences. Only having helper mod admin owner with no proof of experience or explanation really makes people doubt your integrity. List out the servers you've worked on with detail proof of experience (i.e. what position, what you did, why you left, etc.)
3. Make your thread look professional and interesting. No one will hire you without a coma or full stop on your sentence and people will just think you're a random kid trolling on the internet. You have bold, italic, underline, colors, emojis , and many more. Utilize that so people will be more interested.
4. Use proper grammar. No server wants to hire someone who are unable use proper grammar and vocabulary. It's understandable that some of the people here don't primarily use English, but take your time to learn to write properly before jumping on the bandwagon on becoming a server staff.
5. If you're starting out, make your management free. Not that there's anything wrong with paid services, but if you're starting out with zero reputations (unless it's a business kind of thread) you might want to start out free, find free gigs and work your way up. By doing this for free, you will get people to vouch for your service in a flash and people will start to recognize you for your work.
6. Some notable stuff you can put up but can be done at a later date:
Thread design and vouches.

Feel free to comment more if there's anything I missed from this list. Would love to know what you guys think.
Hope this helps anyone who wants to start their MC-M career <3

I think some of them also come with a "My dad works at {big_company_name} and if you don't hire me he will hack your PC." line

I just find it funny how you had to clarify that this is satire, what a site.

Some additional comments.

Resumes are nearly always needed when applying for a job. As you've linked your resume, here are some comments. Resume's ideally should not be over a page, if not more than a page and a half. You linked your resume, the drive is called a resume. Yet it has two pages of vouch's, those are really not needed. If not could be shared differently. The Minecraft-related experiences for example could be condensed a ton which could make it easily under two pages. You also don't share any details for the jobs. Show some experience, tell us your job details, what you did. Give us more stuff. There is no information at all. Also if they are in order of experience, the present should be last. (or vice versa)
Informal experiences is not ended and is simply filler. Good filler, but not needed. It's strange to have three different sections for experiences. Post the most important ones that impact and change you the most, you can even change it depending on the job you are applying for. Also, about me's don't go on resume's. That's what a cover letter is for.
The title under your name is not needed, it's a resume, not a website.
The key skills have Microsoft word? Also, you could remove those when giving details for your experiences.
You mention it's essential to describe experiences and to show proof of experiences, and positions, what you did, why you left, etc. Yet you do none of this? I'm not trying to hate on this or anything I just genuinely think this is a great point and can heavily help impact an application.
Use proper grammar.

Excellent point, this is huge. Resume's with errors can be dealbreakers sometimes.

The biggest thing for MCM is how you impact the community. Help people out, positivity impact people, and you'll do just fine.

Love this thread. Especially if you're applying for large/known servers all of these things can help you get in. Especially the grammar part, spelling being a big one.
