Looking to become a manager (Big Released Networks)

Hello McMarket I hope you are all doing well today, I will be listing my requirements in this and please be respectful and comment your discord if your serious. If need necessary will be shared in on discord dms.


Requirements:
Owners of servers must be over 18
Have a Mature Team
Must be released with over 75 members
Let me do my work I need to do
Have great feedback skills
Last dont pay me until you think I deserve it.

I can pretty much do any position you need me to do accept system administrator and developer. I am noted to either be a advertising manager or staff manager but I can do much more. To see what I can do for you I will list what I will do at certain ranks.

What I can do:
I will stay for free if necessarily wanted

Staff Manager:
1.Keep staff guides up to date
2. Read applications and do interviews when necessary.
3.Read players that report staff.
4.Demote and promote staff
5.Hold Staff Meetings
6.Everything Under

Advertising Manager/Community manager
1.Find youtubers within your budget
2.Keep players suggestions and feedback and give it to the Owners and developers
3.Contact youtubers and send them to the Owners
4.Hold events in game and on discord.
5.Buycraft and harder tickets
6.Everything Under

Administration
1.Find bugs on the server
2.Tell developers new dupes I find
3.Hard tickets that Senior Mods and lower cant deal with.
4.Listen to Management and do what they want me to.
5.Discord Moderation
6.Everything Under

Senior Mods:
1.Decently Hard tickets
2.Inventory Rollbacks and basic Core Protect rollbacks
3.Ban Appeals
4.Mentor Helpers/Trainees

Moderators:
1.Find Hackers and ban them
2.Mute Appeals
3.Do Support Rooms

Trainee/Helpers
1.Keep chat non-toxic and make sure people are not breaking rules.
2.Keep discord chat active
3.Keep in game chat and minecraft is active.
