From an upgradibility standpoint there is no simple path without replacing CPU/Mobo/Ram at the same time which costs $$$ down the line.

Look at Ryzen as AMD seems to be allowing backwards/forwards compatibility for Ryzen at the moment which is good when it comes time to upgrade. If not, new mobo/cpu/ram for every new intel cpu you want

Meh, I don't plan to upgrade for a while, it would be useless right now.

None of those games are that resource intensive except BO4, so really it depends on your budget. Anyways a 970/980Ti would be best for a budget build as those are quite cheap and perform good for what they do.

Yeah, but 1500fps is useless, unless you got a 1500fps monitor.
