Not sure but I don't think you can get a 2-3k discord for just 40 bucks :/
Might wanna up your budget or lower your members?

I'm aware, but at the same time im not desperately searching for one (i already own a 2.5k member one)

Maybe by luck someone will be willing to sell a good server for 40$
