Hey, I'm new here and was just looking to find the most trusted place to buy BTC with paypal/bank transfers/apps with the lowest rates

I saw Walmart selling for a $5 flat fee through banking apps, although none are available to me since I'm from the uk and everyone else I've seen has 10%+ even for high values

Paypal F&F is easier but if theres any way to pay with bank in the uk I can do that

Only want to buy off really high rep/trusted sellers, I'm willing to use a really high rep/trusted middleman and even trade in portions
