Looking to buy a Fully Custom made Permissions Plugin

Hi, I'm looking for a fully custom Permissions Plugin like Pex but Global and has must be fully configurable must have all the features below

- /Grant, This will grant a rank to a user

- /Grants, This will tell you who has granted this user the past ranks

- Must have it so you can inherit from ranks

- Must be 100% Configrable

- Looking for this to be fully custom or customly made from a really good dev on mcm

- Budget: 300??

I'm not sure why you'd want to invest up to $300 for a plugin that already exists online. You could use a plugin like MyCommand to change the syntax of commands and just use pex to operate the commands. It really doesn't make sense to purchase something like this when you could use that money elsewhere.

Because i want the permissions plugin to sync with the core once its done my Para Fork what i bought

Because i want the permissions plugin to sync with the core once its done my Para Fork what i bought

Not sure exactly what you mean by sync, but couldn't you just use like the PermissionsEx API and use it in your core plugin ?[DOUBLEPOST=1512839170][/DOUBLEPOST]Also if you use a MySQL database, you could just implement a Database query class into your core plugin to grab from PEX. Much cheaper and simpler for a dev to do for you
