Looking to buy a prebuilt server or build one

Hello! Finally came around to making this post after debating a few times but... I'am looking to purchase a factions server that meets the following requirements:

- Files are complete
- Builds are complete & unique
- Domain & Graphics provided
- Buycraft store is preferred
- Forums are preferred
- Discord server is optional
- Small playerbase is a bonus
I DON'T WANT SOMETHING EVERYBODY ELSE HAS.
If I can't find what I'm looking for with a prebuilt factions server I'm looking for a team of coders, builders, advertisers, & web designers to build and complete the factions server. I want a simple, laid back factions server. Looking for all my staff to be laid back, mature, & hold themselves to a standard.
