I was just looking around the market, I was expecting 15-20 players maybe. I know its a low budget.

With that budget you won't find a server.

A 15-20 player base server usually makes around $250-$500 a month, at the least, and would be looking to sell their server for at least double that.

Good luck, but you wont find anybody with that low of a budget.

Sorry I don't think you will get that kind of server with that budget.
Maybe a creative server or something, but not sure.

Selling a network server already setup with custom plugins and ranks setup same as permissions 4 servers including the Bungee server. Not much players though.

Although this is a good represent of what you want. There's no way someone is ganna give you a custom coded server, with 10-15 players.. For only 300$.

Keep in mind, that server value is proportionate to how much the server makes.
