Looking to Buy a Server/Network WITH A PLAYERBASE

I am looking to buy a network/server With a playerbase of around 10-30. I would like the following included;

NEEDED
ONLINE Hosted;
Domain Name (not the horrible numbers; 182.567.343.1.2:25565) Something like (esrfurs.net);
Website with a Domain name (Not shifdein.enjin.com) Make sure it is configured;
Buycraft Store;
Logo for the Server;
Regular donations to keep the server running;
Proof of ownership;
Multiple worlds (Spawn and world for players to do their stuff in);
PVP Arena;
Shop either as a GUI or as a /warp;
All Ranks Setup;
Professional Chat;
Voting Setup;
Server Trailer

OPTIONAL

I would like the store to have a custom domain? Not Needed but would be great;
GUI Kits to look professional;
GUI Warps also to look Professional;
Staff But I can do this;
Advertising done

I am looking to go up to 70$ as buying, but if push comes to shove, and it is making the money to keep running, I could push a bit. Maybe it may be less, but I'm not good at selling and pricing servers.

With a playerbase of around 10-50

wouldn't go for $70 you would have to start from $250 and up

In Mc-Market around 10 playerbase would be around $200+300 I believe. 20+ would be $450+ assuming that the playerbases are steady. At least I think those prices are right. Anyways point is it will be pretty difficult to find a good server with a 10-30 playerbase for $70-90.

This cost more, I have a server with 15-40 playerbase which I did invest about 530 euros lol.

I agree with most comments here. You'll never find a completed, quality network with a fully functional website and webstore, not to mention with a playerbase upwards of 10-20, for anything less than $450. I think you are already starting to realize this after seeing any shitty offers you've already gotten for your $70 mark.

Edit: just fyi, most good networks pay more than $70 alone for a decent server logo, so looking to buy an entire network for your asking price is bonkers.
