Looking To Buy a Server

I am not very pick on the type of server. The server must have good builds. Must be fully configurated and must have a player base of at least 5. The only problem is. The only way i'm going to earn money is the servers donations. So I am willing to buy someones server and pay them back over time essentially with their own donations. This is not buying a server. You want someone to give you their hard work for free while you potentially pay them back with their own donations.
