I'm honestly looking for any type of server platform, this server must be very well set up with custom features that would attract attention and playerbase.

Why dont you start one from the ground then?

Don't have a partner who can invest, To start a server from ground up you would need easy $2000 for a good server

- custom website design = $200
- Dedi = $100-$200
- Plugins = $200-500
- Advertisment = $400-3 grand
- Manager = $100 per month
- Builds = $200
- Designs = $100

And thats just off the top of my head, thats for a decent server
