Looking to create a server with someone!

Hey guys, it's Riven/Kitcat here
I have been wanting to create a server, except I'm not that much of an expert! I've owned 3 servers, except those weren't that successful....

*Back to the point*
Well, so, I was wondering if anyone wanted to create a server with me! The server's gummed would ideally be factions, but whatever you guys think we should do is fine. Naturally I have some great ideas, and a partner in making this server would be great! PM me if interested.

**Also, atm my budget is $20/p.m for hosting, and I'm willing to pay up to $40 for builds**
