Looking to fill a staff management Position.

Hello my ign is TheEdibleCake. I have staff pokegaming for a year now, And im looking for other servers to staff. Staff management positions prefered but not demanded, I would rather be in a staff manager position due to my experience and knowledge. I know everything about pex, World edit, Regions. I have owned my own servers in the past and i know what im doing. I am currently a moderator on pokegaming. Head builder on Opal prison. and have been asked to be a head mod on another server. Okay, so here's the deal mate. You want a staff management position (which is one of the higher positions), yet have no proof to back up your claim being staff on other servers / teams. There are managers here who are seeking the same position as you, and have high-quality professional threads, evidence of past experience, etc.

You put down knowledge of the easiest plugins to learn, which doesn't take more than 30 minutes of your time for each one. Regions are just worldguard, so there's really no reason to put that there at all.

I encourage you to redo this with more evidence, information, and make it seem like your thread isn't a total shitpost. Make it professional, and put it in a format that makes it seem you're mature & that you put effort in the thread, rather than making it seem liek you typed for less than a minute begging for a position.

You want staff management but all your previous experience doesn't justify that, what makes you think you're capable of managing a staff team?
