Both of the above estimates are way below multiple detailed ones I have gotten, with all custom builds, network being custom developed as well as a functioning core with no bugs plus buycraft statistics and OVH dedicated server with sftp access and secured backends plus the developer willing to stay as part of the team, rough estimate was 400-500$

No, It's not as 'developed'. Your practice server has been rushed. The Practice spawn is not as welcoming.
