I am looking to get a custom Discord header GIF designed in the pixel artwork design of the below GIF. I would like one custom made as this is from another site, and would love to have my own.
This artwork is falling under the animation/design/illustration sections, so all three are technically involved here.
My budget is whatever you quote me for. Looking for something in the pixelated region EXACTLY the same type as the GIF attached. Please don't comment if you cannot make art like this. My Discord is in my signature.

- Night time overlooking the city. Needs to be Purple/Blue colours, matching the image below.
- A woman sitting there on her laptop or doing something coding away/something techy.
- Bedroom/chill room type of deal like what's going on here. I love everything about this GIF.
- Small little memes which are placed in different locations.
