Looking to get my Plugin Fixed

Hello, Mc-Market Developers Today I'm looking for someone to help me get my custom Enchant plugin working again. Pretty much it Puts a glow around Players, Passive Mobs, and Nun Passive Mobs (Different Colour for Each Mob Types) And there are 3 tiers and for tier one, it glows for mobs in 5 block radius, tier 2 glows show for 10 block radius and tier 3 it glows for 15 block radius.

There also is a Blacksmith where if you have two tier 1 books and you put it in the GUI you get one tier 2 for x amount of Diamonds and the same for if you have two tier 2 books and put it in the GUI you get one tier 3 book back and pay x amount of Diamonds for it.

I have started the code and have the GUI ready and the classes ready I just needed the Glow Enchant added also have the config ready and setup.

So yes you will be adding to my code if you can't do that then don't say you can do it.

Can be paid if needed I don't mind (We can speak about pice and stuff in DMS)
