Looking to get my website made

Hello MCM I am looking to get my personal website made.

So I'm wanting my website to look something like this website here (https://fajarsiddiq.com/)
But it a few changes ect of course.

The feature I'm looking for in this website is some animation and I want it to detect when I'm live on twitch so it displays text saying "LIVE" with a red blinking circle.

This website I am looking for is to be made in Bootstrap and HTML, CSS, & JS only I don't want it in PHP or anything like that I want it done with what I have said.
