Looking to Give Ownership of a Once Successful Server (Free Hosting)

Hello MC-Market, I am the former owner of a moderately successful Minecraft server called "Eden Universe". I started the server when I was very young, and it grew to have a decent sized playerbase so that there would be around 50 players on at a given time. Over it's lifespan, I was fortunate enough to make approximately $10,000. I started it off as a simple factions server, but over time, I added minigames, a creative mode, as well as a prison server. Over time, I lost my drive for Eden as life became more busy and stress filled.

I am in college now as well as having a full time job, but I would like to start the server once again. I will not be able to be super involved like I once was however. Because of this reason, I am looking to allow someone else to run the server and build a community. I'm very flexible at this point with what direction I want to take the new server in as I would guess there would only be a handful of old players come back at this point. We can discuss how we will treat donations so that we are both satisfied with our arrangement (again, I am going to be flexible with this project).

I have a dedicated box already setup and configured to run this server. I have a 64 gig box (with probably 50 of those gigs being free atm), so there is a lot of space to work with and a lot of opportunity to expand. I have multicraft setup and fully configured, a friend who can quickly setup bungeecord if it is needed, and I know a few excellent builders who may be able to help if it's needed (tho they are pretty busy).

I plan on choosing only one individual to give complete control of this project to, and if they so choose, perhaps we can choose some staff from other applicants. Please respond below and/or PM if you're interested in taking control of this server and answer the following questions:

1) What skills and/or experience do you possess to build a server and player-base?
2) How quickly do you anticipate it will take to see server growth?
3) What connections do you have to other skilled individuals who may be able to help you as staff?

I will respond as quickly as possible to every reply to discuss this further with you. I would like to have some say in the server, but I will be very flexible and give most control over to you. Keep in mind that by taking this project, you will get access to:

1) Free hosting/64 gigs of ram
2) Access to hundreds of dollars of premium plugins
3) Free hosting support along with some possible plugins support
4) I will also consider funding some projects to help get your idea off the ground
