Hello, you may be wondering.. "Hey! Haven't I seen this guy have some drama before".
To that question, I left the minecraft community for a near 5 - 6 months to get away from a massive drama involved argument I had with many people. I had a while to think and to regain the mental strength needed to be a mature member of the community again.
Now with that out of the way.. I am wanting to return, but instead of playing as a normal player. Because I don't find enjoyment in that anymore. I would like the chance to help a small, but established server. I will get into my abilities, my strengths and weaknesses. and I will also post what type of servers I am looking to staff for.

I have been playing minecraft for about 7 years. And then some. During my time I have gained the knowledge to know minecraft inside and out.
I have helped many servers by staffing for them. Here is a list of the servers that I remember.

On PantherHQ I started as helper, and worked my way up to moderator. As the server had not yet been released my main job was to moderate the discord chats.
I later resigned due to the drama that I mentioned at the start of this thread.
I started out as a D-Guard which meant I was a guard that paroled the D prison.. (The starter area) I worked my way up through the guard ranks (D, C, B , A) All of the guard ranks are basically the same except for some permissions such as being able to kick. I then got promoted to Senior-guard which meant I was in charge of recommending who should be guards, and which guard should be promoted. I was a senior guard for about 3 weeks. Then I got promoted to Senior-Warden. As a Senior-Warden I was in-charge of staff, and everything below. I done anything that needed doing. Some basic things that I done were monitor staff. Monitor guards such as checking to see if they're active, doing what they need to and making sure they're not doing anything shady. The server later closed as the owner lost will power to maintain the server.

On KeaPvP I started as a trialmod. and in the course of about a year I made my way up to Admin. I later resigned though because of the owners and staff.

I don't remember much about blockfield as this was one of the first servers I was staff on, back in about 1.5.2, I was a guard and my main job was to mute/warn players that would abuse the rules, as well as remove the contraband items if seen. such as "swords" or weapons.
I was staff for 4 weeks then got demoted because my young foolish self got angry at a player and muted them everytime they got unmuted.

I have been staff on countless other servers, that have both increased my overall experience, and my player handling.
I'm looking for servers that don't involve HCF. I do not enjoy the HCF element of PvP anymore as all it has to offer is create server. server die. create another server. server die.
I also don't want PvP focused servers. I know I shouldn't be choosy, but I want to move out of the PvP aspect and go back to servers that I loved and enjoyed, before I joined the PvP community.
So I am looking to find my self home on servers such as Skyblock, Prison, Survival,
The server can have PvP I just don't want to endure PvP focused servers.
Server must not have more than say 60 players average. (I would like to help out small-ish 5-10 player average, though could vary)
I am NOT looking to be any higher than an Administrator. I do not feel I am good at being in-charge of other staff etc.
I would like to do this for free.
I don't want to be in-charge of fixing major bugs/glitches, as I work part time and I have to care for my mother.
I want a server that understands real world problems where if I have to leave in the middle of something, they'd understand.

NOTE: I know I'm asking for a lot of little nit picky things, but that's because I want a server that I can hop on, and not be expected to rebuild the server from the ground up.
