Position: Minecraft Maestro

Location: Must be a US resident for tax purposes (but if you can convince our tax guy, we're open to discussion).

The Role: I need a Minecraft Maestro, someone who can wield a virtual pickaxe with precision and turn this Minecraft venture into a goldmine. You'll be at the helm of my digital realm, ensuring everything runs smoothly and the cash keeps flowing.

Responsibilities:

• Masterfully manage Minecraft servers.
• Solve problems faster than a creeper explodes.
• Innovate ways to monetize without compromising our integrity. No gambling, no crates, and no predatory practices aimed at children with credit cards.
• Engage and expand our community of block-building enthusiasts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Minecraft server management and setup.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and a knack for making money.
• Must have a reliable US-based phone number for texting, with the ability to provide reasonable responses and follow-up actions.
• Zero interest in office politics - we're here for the greenbacks.
• Must be a US resident (but we're flexible if you can satisfy my tax guy).
• You should be someone who believes you can run a successful server if only you had the capital.

Note: You will not be responsible for marketing, building, artwork, community participation, or playtime.

Perks:

• Hourly pay with a "get the job done" attitude. I don't care how many hours you bill, as long as my to-do list is completed.
• Profit sharing is on the horizon. When we make a profit, you'll get a piece of the pie.

Payment Schedule:

• Hours to be turned in on Sunday for Monday-Sunday.
• Payday will be Wednesday for the week turned in on Sunday.
• Payments can be made via Zelle, most "cash" apps, PayPal, or bank transfer.
