Looking to Hire a Build Team to Work Full-Time on Network

I'm looking to hire a skilled build team who can quickly do builds for servers to be part of my network. We have some extremely skilled devs who can setup most anything, and I am fully funding this project. I would like to add a talented build team who can quickly build things for the network. The owner of the build team will be a co-owner on the network, and will share in the profits of servers they specifically work on. Money could be divided up between the members fo your build team. If you're interested, we can discuss what you would want in order to help. Also, the build team will be advertised on the network which should hopefully lead to more commission opportunities. "Full-Time" is around 40+ hours a week?

That was a poorly stated sentence by me. By "full-time" I meant that I want a team that is really dedicated to this project, and can do their best to work around their commissions to complete builds in a timely manner. There will be more work for the build team at first, but over time they will only be asked to help from time to time.

I don't know if they'd be up for it, I'd recommend Hexcore . He was going to help me a couple a months ago but I had to back out of the project.

Me and my associate team member (Team Malevolentia) would be willing to sit down and discuss prices. We are both members of Team Aminoque (consult Mick if you wish, Keno, or Kenny). Me and Chaotic_Suicide would be willing to discuss should it prove profitable enough for us to work "full time". A server offer (a place to build) is un-needed nor wanted in this instance, as we have a place we build.
