I am in need of someone located in the United States. Someone who has 3+ years developing and over the age of 18. I have a server that is currently online and requires some specific things. Unfortunately I do not have the ability to write code and never studied it, however, I do have a vision on how I want the server to work. I require someone who has experience with MODS, Plug-ins, and re texturing of MOBS for a specific look.
