I'll start a little bit about myself, i have the desire and funding to run a server, however i always come short on time and the 100% dedication needed, I'm kinda a hard ass and enough a professional approach to everything. I'm a openly gay and like people who are accepting and caring, however you've gotta be able to make a decision and follow directions as well.
What am I looking for ?
I'm looking for a Server Manager you'll be basically an owner without the need to invest into the server, You'll manage Staff, Rulings, Builds and the all overseeing of the server, I'll be here and there but i expect a high level of activeness and ideas from you, I sure have my Ideas for a server, However my goal to make a community and branch off into different types of Game Modes, Prison, Faction, Survival, Mini-games and Even Mods.
What will I Expect from you ?
I fully expect you to be able to write your own application with everything i will need to know from Age, Gender and Experience etc.

- To be active on the server for aleast 5 hours through each day.
- Meet deadlines given.
- Maintain staff and recruitment.
- Oversee website and sales
- Developing the server in results to player feedback
- Plugins Updates and Maintenance
