Looking to improve my basic landing page

Hello,

I currently have a fairly basic landing page for my server, with the title and ip, with a few buttons/links, but that's really it.
It is very basic, and I'm looking to really improve the look and feel. Some of the things I'm looking for

• Updated title text with incorporation of logo
• More mobile friendly
• Improve the current buttons, and add a few more for social medias
• Add a better server ip showcase
• Add another basic page for showcasing links/other information
