To clarify for those readers, he is looking to JOIN a build team, not hiring a team.
He's currently a builder for OvertureBT and is looking to expand so he can have access to more commissions. Note some of his portfolio is from commissions from OvertureBT, and you aren't allowed to use those on other build teams portfolio's. Though he's a very talented builder.
