Looking to join a server as Staff Manager or Administrator

Hello, I am looking to join a server (preferably a new server) as either a staff manager or administrator.

For a little over 3 years, I ran many servers, and was staff on many more. I enjoyed the experience, and learned A TON from those positions. I liked the feeling of managing my own server and handling situations. About 5 months ago, I lost interest in minecraft. I started playing loads of Overwatch, and developing plugins. I recently wanted to open up a minigame network with some plugins I had made, but decided I was not ready for the expenses of server ownership. So now I have come here offering my services as a Staff Manager or Administrator to those who are in need. I can assure you that I have the experience necessary (probably more than your current admin has), as well as the dedication required, to manage your server / staff team. With my help, your server will be handled by excellent people and not someone who is slowly destroying everything.

I am not looking for payment, just a place that I can help on. I am particularly interested in helping out on a Factions server, but don’t think I will deny you because your server isn’t factions.

P.S. if your server isn’t properly setup, please do so before contacting me. I am not looking to do configs and create worldguard regions all day ;P

I plan to have it running mods like Biomes o Plenty, hopefully with Factions set up as well.
I don't have a ton of experience with this sort of thing, which is why I was hoping to find someone with experience to manage it for me, while I handled all of the server costs and those developments.

I understand the value that you hold and would be more than willing to do whatever is needed to ensure that you stay happy while working with me, and I hope to hear back from you soon!

Hmm, is there a factions plugin available for spongeforge? Biomes O Plenty is a forge mod, and factions is a plugin. To use plugins you would need spongeforge (or other depreciated jars). However, plugins have to be written specifically on spongeforge as they don’t have the same spigot/bukkit API. I’m interested in how you plan to do this.

Ah, see this is something that I was not aware of.
My experience in running servers is very limited, it has usually been just me and 5-10 friends, which is why I was looking for someone with the experience needed to run and manage something on a more public scale.
That being said, It would by no means be you "working under me", rather, it would be you having full control over the server while I manage any monetary needs related to server hosting, staffing, etc.
