I worked on numerous large networks and gotten invited to larger networks and i'd say my experience staffing goes a long way.
I worked on 100+ playerbase servers and can provide video proof if needed.
I don't have much experience as an owner but i'd say i'd say I get the gist of it.
I owned 2 servers previously and I would say I can offer a lot when it comes to both development and overall management skills.

I'm looking to partner with a Factions server, doesn't matter the size.
I have planned to release a server during summer so I started collecting builds and setting up configurations as well as collecting plugins to create an overall unique server and minimize as many bugs as possible.
I can contribute these to the server I am joining along with and offer a lot of time and help to create the perfect flawless server.

INFORMATION:

I am 15 years old, I was hesitant to make this post because I hardly use this forums to look for a role, bare with me.
I have lots of freetime, right now I am currently attending a charter school and only show up mondays and fridays 12pm-6pm.
So my schedule is practically wide open.
I'd say my patience is one of my key features as I can sit down and work tirelessly for hours.
My weakness upon joining is the fact that I don't own a mic and I prefer messaging over calling, I can use my phone if the matter is serious or going over something important which is totally not a problem.

What I am looking for?:

I'm looking for someone who is somewhat experienced.
I currently have a 4gb test server that expires in a month but I have it open to public as I sell resources on here so I prefer someone who has their own hosting plan and is looking to release soon.
I don't want any profits I am simply here just to do it for fun and contribute my time. I love being part of the factions community and always wanted to be apart of a large network as a higher up and actually have some kind of key contribution to everything.

This probabaly isn't the best or most straightforward approach but you guys get the point haha.

Little to none. I already invested in 150$ worth of plugins and patches thats about how much I can contribute. Would just save an owner a lot of $ rather than them going out and wasting it on these that I already have.

I have more experience than most of these owners out there and I already invested hundreds of dollars in plugins, patches and more. Most servers used leaked shit. Im taking the other route offering a professional server to anyone who wants to invite me to their team.[DOUBLEPOST=1537402632][/DOUBLEPOST]

My overall staffing experience goes far. Worked for servers big and small. I owned a server and can provide proof of 100-300$ profits made. An owner should be talented in all ways. All im really experienced and have deep knowledge is problem solving and setting things up. I am confident when it comes to creating a server and know from the get that there won't be any bugs or things that'll harm the server. My only weakness as a owner is being more interactive and advertising and spending the funds properly. Which is why I would be handling more of the backend of the server while the other owner handles both the financial side and the advertising.
