Don't waste your money on lessons. CodeAcademy and other sites will teach you for free. Plus half of the web devs on here don't know what they're doing. Save your money. Glad you're taking interest in coding.

Do not spend a damn penny learning those. Even people who struggle with learning and processing information can learn for absolutely free on dozens and dozens of online websites dedicated to those. Codecademy, http://www.html-5-tutorial.com/all-html-tags.htm, and one of the best IMO is http://www.w3schools.com . They have hundreds and hundreds of examples on almost every single html tag, css attribute, etc..
