We do not pay anyone before they work. 9 times out of 10 the person we pay does not work after payment. We are on a tight budget as it is. Like I said, payment is not a definite. We've given out incentives to plenty staff before, but only those who give lots of quality work. We are expecting this to turn many possible applicants off, but there are many builders out there so we will eventually be able to find a team that is viable that does not demand some sort of fixed payment.[DOUBLEPOST=1485059193][/DOUBLEPOST]

I'm sick and tired of people coming on the market and posting stuff like "Hiring builders (for free)". For gods sake, it is called a market for a reason. This should honestly be an automatic 1 week ban.
