Looking to manage a Server/Business

Hello there everyone! Today I will be looking for a job in a server. To me, pay is not too important, and I am fine with it happening later on down the line when the server is successful. My requirements for the Server are as follows:

-There must be a good basis, ie a good idea for the Server
-You must have a way of gaining popularity on the Server
-You must have the funding to see the Server through, though I may be able to supply some funding down the line if needed. I would say a suitable budget for a server is a minimum of $100, but preferably closer to $400-$500

What can I bring to the Server?

-I have lots of experience managing Servers, and in fact, I even managed a successful Server that made over $1000 before sadly having to be shut down, so I do have experience.
-I can help to recruit staff, builders and developers, as well as when the time comes I can find suitable people to advertise the Server
-I can also support you along the way of creating a successful Server, as it's not easy. I'll be their to give you an opinion on all your ideas, and guide you the right way
