Looking To Merge Servers With My Hub

Hey guys, I've currently released my Network ChiselCraft Network (Play.Chisel-Craft.Com)
I currently have 5 of 8 needed Servers:
Skywars
Creative
Factions
Zombie Horde
Survival

We are currently having trouble getting new players to join and I was opening up to you guys to see if maybe we could work together to help each other out. Basically anyone who has a server that is not included in the ones i already have I would like to connect with and widen our network. Your server would still stay as an independant server, and run of of its own website and network. The idea is to get people to join through my hub see what options they have and keep playing. I want this to be a successful and profitable experience for us as much as possible. If your interested your server must follow the requirements below in order to be successful and merge with our network:

• Must have at least 2-5 players on a day (On Your Server)

• Your server must not be the same as any of the others in the list I have already provided.

• Your Server Must Be Running Spigot ( 1.8 and above)

• Have to be willing to openly contribute ideas, communicate through skype or emails etc.

Merge: Servers coming together to make one
Your definition: A hub
Bassically the person you merge with gets a disadvantage as all of their playerbase is now distributed into your servers. Also, now if Mojang wants to crack down on you, it's one ip meaning that they'll kill you both in one shot :>
