hello,
I wanted to talk, and ask about what I should persue as a "Job" on both MCM, and other things.
I have been interested in Xenforo stuff, but never had the correct motivation, anybody got ideas.
I will pay some money, if you give me a good idea on what to persue, I want it to be a skill that can be picked up pretty simple, but still in a way difficult.
Hit me up!

Configuring plugins.
Coding custom plugins.
Developing forum sites, for cheaper than anyone.
Graphics.
And, maybe server developing if you’re interested in that!

I would do xenforo design (forum design)
BUT no one can teach me, or show me good tutorials.

Make another forums post on requesting paid lessons, and I’m sure someone would help you understand it all.

It's best to learn basic web design, and then expand from there

Learning how to be a System Admin seems like a funny and interesting idea. Not sure if it's challenging though.

Okay, ignore all these comments so far. These are the type of ways to stay under the curriculum of “being a loser 101”

A real way to get a job is irl locally. Don’t do both because it’ll give you lack of motivation to one of the jobs (judging by you you’ll want to get rid of the irl job) I highly suggest not to do any of these silly online business jobs like what you’re doing now. Won’t pay as good as a real job, it’s not supporting and contributing yourself to society and you feel like a grown ass adult more.

All these silly things you’re doing online you can do when you’re 13-15 at most.

Obviously we aren't meaning for him to do work on a minecraft forums forever, it's just a good way for him to start off and get some work. He can't just straight up get a job IRL without any prior projects, knowledge or experience.

Very untrue.

How else do people get jobs then? Everyone has to start somewhere? I got my first job at 14 and slowly raised my portfolio up from every job I’ve quit and gotten fired from and I’m being taken from anywhere now because of my portfolio.
Okay, what was your first job?

Putting the grocery carts inside the building. That simple. Few months later I’ve quit and done dish washing, worked for wegmans, Pizza Hut, rn dominos. I work at a clothing store. Etc. simple shit
You don't need any knowledge or experience to push grocery carts, Gavin sounds like he is wanting to persue something developer / design related, and when applying for a job you need to have a portfolio of your previous work to have a chance of being accepted. This is why it's good to start with small jobs on sites like this, and as you build up your portfolio, you can move forward in your career.

Try something that will also help you in the real world such as art. On MCM you can make server logos and profile pictures ect.

You could learn how to use Blender. There’s great tutorials on YouTube. 3D Modeling. I’ve started learning blender and I’m having a lot of fun.
