Looking to Purchase a Faction Spawn.

I am looking for a faction spawn, it does not need to have a warzone or a shop but it would be preferred.

Also I would prefer if the build costs less than $100 but if it is amazing I would be willing to pay more (only if it has a warzone, shop, etc.)

I am not looking for any theme in particular but I want it to have areas to fish, a mob spawner area, etc, basic things that faction spawns have.
