It's a foundation, we can agree to disagree. why try to take someone elses ground work when you could always start it yourself. think about it that way.

I'm not buying a server for the actual server, I am buying it for the player-base. I plan to rebuild the server I buy. But no a domain and a logo is not a foundation mate.
