Looking to Purchase or Partner on a Unique Minecraft Server (1k budget)

Looking to purchase / partner up for an already established server. I'd prefer the server to be niche over it just being a copy pasted pvp / prison server. For example like a KingdomsX server, Slimefun, Mythicmobs centered combat, or literally anything else that isn't generic. If there's custom gameplay plugins, even better.

Budget is up to 1k USD, could be negotiated, but I would rather start on the smaller side. I would like it to be 50-50 if it's a partnership. If it's a partnership, I won't expect you to match my investment with cash, it can be dev work alongside a financial investment, just got to equalize it to justify a 50-50 split.
If it's an already existing server, the server does not need to have an established revenue source, the playerbase is more important. But if you've got something developed and looking to expand, I'm down to hear you out too.
Bonus points if monetization isn't done in a p2w manner.

Would be great if a simple breakdown of how the funds would be used is included.
