Hey MCM,

Currently have a server with a lower-end OVH company. We are growing fast, and the small, frail server just won't do it for us anymore. Looking for an upgrade from what we have. Price range is around $45-$60. 16GB, i7/Xeon preferred, DDoS protection, large bandwidth, CentOS 7, eastern North America location preferred.

Prices can go lower or higher, just need something more reliable than what we have now. (Bonus points to managed services, or at least some guidance/help transferring files and data from the previous server.)

Thanks.

Hi,

Have you tried Rackspace? I use them and although quite a price tag, amazing servers and support.

Thanks for the reply. Looking for something more dedicated, not shared hosting. PM me if you're really interested in taking a look at the server.[DOUBLEPOST=1473705432][/DOUBLEPOST]

Yes, SYS is one of my favorites. Although, I was just seeing whether or not there was a better deal to be offered on here.

As much as I love getting "the kitchen sink" in servicing. I feel their pricing is way out of "range" even though they include "everything including the kitchen sink".

I looked at them once and they wanted $599/month for a managed L5520 with 16GB of RAM, a pair of small HDDs, and 500GB of Bandwidth.

You could try ReliableSite, they always have good deals going around ;) RSNET-Radic Lachy

Hey there,

Yep, I've sent him a message. We are currently working on a deal for him. Keep an eye out for our "Anniversary day deals". Today: Intel Xeon E3 1270v3 with 32 GB DDR3 ECC RAM and a 512 GB SSD for $79/month!

Yeah, I'm pretty sure ReliableSite is my best bet. At least so far.
