Introduction:
My name is Edgey (Jakob is my name in real life), and I am from Ontario, Canada and my timezone is EST (Eastern Standard Time). I am almost 16 years old and I like reading, writing, learning about history and mythology, meeting and getting to know new people, and of course, playing minecraft. Over the past 2 years I have been gaining experience on Lifesteal, Skyblock, and SMP servers. I have a lot of experience on some small servers and some are large servers. I will talk a little bit about my experience.
Experience:
Penguin.gg - Helper
Gamemode: Skyblock
Playerbase: 500-1200 players
Main Duties: Chat moderation, dealing with hackers, and tickets.
Cobble.gg - Junior Moderator
Gamemode: Survival, Skyblock & Lifesteal
Playerbase: 50-150 players
Main Duties: Chat moderation, dealing with hackers, helping with more advanced tickets, helping trainees and helpers
AppleMC - Helper
Gamemode: Bedwars, Lifesteal, and SMP
Playerbase: 400-600
Main Duties: Learning commands, chat moderation, helping players ingame
Why I should be chosen:
I have been playing minecraft for a long time (Over 8 years!) so I have a really good understanding of the game in general. I also have (As mentioned above) over 2+ years of experience on different servers as staff. Over the 2 years I have learned some important skills such as: Communication, Team working, Patience, Training people, What to look for in applicants, Staff Management, Plugin familiarity (Commands), and Plugin Configuration. (More info below)
Although I am not really a developer per say, I do know how to configure some plugins and use them. Some of these are LP (Luckperms), TAB, McMMO, Essentials, Skript (only basics), CratesPlus,
I also know how to use LP, Essentials,Coreprotect, and InventoryRollback commands.
Wrapping up:
I have more experience in some other servers but this mainly covers it. (I have a list with all my experience as staff)
I am comfortable in really any position (I'd rather be in either a Senior Moderator position or something near there just due to school), however I do know the main duties of the main ranks that every server has (Helper, Mod, Sr Mod, Admin).
