Looking to start a project/server

Hello, I'm in the looks of starting a project/server with another individual.
Requirements:
-Technical Knowledge
-Time to put towards the project
-18+ Years of Age
-Able to help with management, and files.
-Able to give good ideas.
-Able to split the funds of the project (Income will be split)

About me:
I'm 19 years of age
Currently in college.
Have been into Game server development since 14.
Have great tech knowledge, advertising, server development, discord development, and management.
I'm on whenever i have time to be.
Have a steady income of funds to put towards the project.
I would consider myself a thinker, and can put good/great ideas towards a project.
