Looking to start a Survival or Towny server with someone

I am Looking to start a completly fresh new mc server with someone. I need someone who will be active and dedicated to helping. You will not be needed to offer funds as i will pay for hosting etc but donations are very appreiciated. When i say start fresh i mean start fresh, New name,graphics,and all that. -You will be tasked to do the following:
Playing the server at least 1 hour per day without doing any of your administration duties l, while you are here to work, you are also here to play. Performing general administration -----duties at least 2 hours per day. This includes assisting players in-game, fixing minor bugs, and working on new features / releases.
-Help with keeping the server updated
-Help with server growth using best practice advertising methods.

Requirements:
- 16 years of age or older
- 2 years of previous administration AND server setup/configuration experience
- Timezone within +/- 3 hours of EST
- Working microphone for Discord voice calls
- No other server staffing commitments
- No current open MC-Market scam reports
- MC-Market reputation score of at least 95% (If none thats fine)

Compensation:
* 40% of server profits for as long as you are an Owner (operating and advertising costs minus store revenue) with a potential to obtain up to 40% of server equity stake

Yeah ig I mean I don’t want someone who’s in it for the money though just more for fun, considering I’ll be paying for everything and don’t expect anything pay wise back

Yeah ik I used the requirements and all that, definitely not word for word but I liked all of it
