Hello there! Over the last week or so, I have become increasingly unhappy with Shockbyte my current hosting company over their insanely slow customer ticket responses and I think it would be best to switch hosts.I run a small server which on a good night gets around 10 - 15 players on with some heavy plugins.

I'm not sure about the pricing. But check out Sparkedhost they have a quite big support team, so average response is 3-5 min ish.
