Looking to upgrade server from 1.9.4 to 1.10.2

Hey guys, I was wondering if I could give you all the files of a server and you could upgrade everything to 1.10.2 and I would pay you everything like all the plugins to 1.10.2 pm me for more details

9 times out of 10 you wont need any plugins changing because unless absolutely neccassary developers will avoid using NBT which requires a certain version

literally just switch the .jar's. most plugins from 1.9.4 will work on 1.10. if not, just download and install ViaVersion.
