Looking to work for a minecraft server

Hello mc-market! My name is Stax and currently I am looking to work on a minecraft server. I have seen so many setups being nearly a copy & pasting job and I am tired off this. I wanna make a server which can stands out from others and make something special!

I know many people have said stuff about "being unique" but I am studying a bit of game psychology and know a "unique" server is something I can design.

What would I do?
- Design the server ( psychology would be brought in )
- Do some of the server setup ( most of my ideas requires a developer to be brought in )
- Marketing ( I have easy contact to many youtubers )

What are my requirements?
- you need to have a fair bit of money ( this is explained above, many of my ideas requires a developer and custom builds which can cost a lot )
- Be social ( I want to stay at a place which I like and can actually have some fun at. Not just Be some anti social person who never want's to call or anything )

Extra:
- I am not accepting any free jobs.
- I cannot start working on an existing server if you don't follow any of the existing rules that I go by when creating a server.
- Previous experience will be told thru a discord ( Discord: Stax95#4544 ) ( preferably a call )
- I am not looking for any specific roles in the discord. I'm good as long as I can do what I mentioned above in "What would I do?"

I am not expecting anyone to hire me.
