Hello! This is Jay from Minishot. An up and coming minecraft mini games server. We are currerntly in need of various roles to help us complete our mission. Our network is based upon the mini game genere. We will have minimal amount of games to keep the player base for each one high. If we feel we want to make a drastic change to it, it may be took out of the rotation of playable games for a limited amount of time.

Mini Game Developers
These users will be coding mini games to posiblily be added to the rotation of games. Requires Java Knowdledge and experience with coding plugins
Developers
Make / improve accessibility of the server, this could be by making a anti cheat, improving the way users can join games etc. Must have a good understanding of Java.
Website Developers
Makes the forums and manages the buycraft. Must have basic knowdledge of how buycrafts works and how to setup Xen Forums
Managers
Manages the servers staff team. Must have experience as staff and as a manager, must be extremely dedicated
Youtubers
Have a subscriber count that suprasses 250 subsribers

The Manager Position
We are asking for two managers, a EU Manager and a US Manager. These managers would manage the staff without the Owners interfering unless we feel you aren't completing the tasks required with your role. This role is considered a Admin position on our network meaning you would be identified as a Admin.
Server Info So Far Are
The idea of many mini games we've loved but we think if there is more games, there is less players for each game. We are letting our developers make each game and we'll put it out to the public. If the game is popular it will stay, when a game starts to lose popularity a announcement will be made on the forums and we will make a final update / game. We'll have a total of 5 games at one time, this will help maintain a decent player base on all of the games. If you have any questions feel free to dm me on discord
Are Final Goal
Are goal is to sustain a average of 100+ players. Create a fun entertaining network that isn't pay to win at all and allow new players to have a great experience. We don't want to make any income from the server, all income is being used for advertisement or paying our development team. We want to create another server players can come on to have a good time, with a rank or not.
Game Modes?
We want to add some grinding game modes, basically what I mean we might add skyblock, factions, hcf and other game modes like these where the more you play the better items you get. If we do add these gamemodes there would be no pay to win abilities implmented.
The Developer Role
Are server does a Trial Peroid for each role to make sure they truely know what they are doing. Meaning if we do decide you may be fit for a role on our network you will have to do the tasks of that role for a little while until the Head Developer decided that you have proved your self to be a worth while developer or he will decide you aren't right for the team. This process should take about 2 weeks depending on the person. When you are accepted you will recieve you in game role / payment depending on how the server is performing
