So as you can see, the 4790k is one of the top 5 highest performance single thread processors that have been benchmarked by cpubenchmark.net If your goal is to have as many players as possible on a single instance, this would do a good job. Looks like it blows all of the Intel Xeon E3s out of the water.

I got one of the six servers at home. I'm installing a 6TB hard drive. You can see the dyson 1u cpu cooler. The msi mnotherboard, the gskill ram. Some fans inside the rack server. The shot is super zoomed in cuz my room is a mess
