Yeah I looked up a few symptoms and it has added up to coincidentally. It's just that even at points where I've eaten normal I've still been in a state of overweight. I think there was only one point in my life that I was close to being skinny and that was when I was 7 years old. Of course overtime your metabolism slowly deteriorates but it's upset me.If your close to diabetes I suggest starting now before it’s to late. Not that I’m an expert or anything
Same didn’t really notice nor care till 7 or 8th gradeYeah I looked up a few symptoms and it has added up to coincidentally. I'll be starting to go on a more healthier diet and eat foods that don't contribute to my problem, but yeah it's always been a problem throughout my life and it's never really bothered me until I've gotten in my teenage years.

I mean a lot of us don't play Minecraft, we just use it as a way to make some money.I didn't expect minecraft nerds to give decent advice.
ur fatHi, so as most of you guys saw on top of the thread I wanted advice on how to lose weight. As long as I can remember I’ve always been the chubby kid, not the outrageously obese kid but overweight enough to notice. I’m currently 161 and 5’8 some people say that’s good and some say it’s bad either way I’m pretty chubby, and I need advice on how to lose weight. I’ve tried multiple times losing weight the most I’ve gotten is down 10 pounds which I just lost a few weeks ago. But after dieting and trying to lose weight I go back to my old habits and just eat a shit ton. If anybody has lost weight before and has advice on what they did to lose it I’d appreciate either a dm or just post here on what you did to keep going and what you did to lose weight.
Side note I was very hesitant to post this as I’m very self conscious about my weight and don’t really like to talk about it. Anyways I’d appreciate it if you don’t make fun of me or whatever thanks In advance.
Thanks really appreciate the advice and ye I removed all swords from my life as it want a necesity. My main drink is water occansially orange juice. I might just try to eat more vegetables and start exercising more. The trick to losing weight is not generally to follow some fancy diet. Sure, if you actually manage to follow it, you'll probably lose weight like crazy, but after that you'll most likely be wanting for some snacks etc, and all but the most self-disciplined people will eventually give in to that.
You have to see your daily calorie-intake and use as a balance scale. If it's balanced towards the intake, you'll be gaining mass, if it's balanced towards the use, you'll be losing.
All but the most fastidious diets will leave most of us, who sit on our asses most of the day, leaning heavily towards the intake. As such, we gain weight, and not via muscle.
The trick is to tip the scales the other way. Whether this is by eliminating all soda from your life, or kicking out pork and beef in favor of chicken, that's up to you. The thing I recommend personally, however, is to minimize snacks, sweets and soda. If you must, replace soda with fizzy water or tea. Replace the snacks and sweets with fruit and a small amount of mixed nuts (preferably NOT roasted or salted).
Also, exercise more. Trust me on this. I currently weigh 107 kg, which is a lot even for a guy that's on the tall end of 6'1. I'm not obese, but I'm definitely a fatass. Then I started jogging twice a week. First I lasted about 4 mins, then 7, then 10, and now I can last almost 15 mins at 8 kph without rest. I can also sprint about 100 meters at a very respectable rate.
It's gotten to the point where I no longer have to FORCE myself to go jogging, but I have little trouble going whenever I need to. I don't last as long in most cases, but it's still a massive improvement.
In addition, I've ditched almost all soda and sweets, buying about 1 package per week on average instead of 1 per day. I intend to go further. I've also halved my meat intake and replaced it with vegetables (though I need to reduce my carb intake as well, my portions are WAY too large at present).
As a result, I'm now finally losing weight. I nearly hit 110 Kg at the start of this year (I blame the new years celebrations).
And the best part? This is a lifestyle I can keep up indefinitely. I can probably adapt it further still, to the point where I hardly even crave sweets anymore, and I eat less and exercise more (and after that, eat a bit more again and gain mass in the shape of MUSCLE).
At this rate, by this time next year, I'll be down to about 95 kg, if not less.
TLDR: Instead of doing crazy weight loss diets or programs, slowly change your current lifestyle to a healthy one you can keep up indefinitely.
No offense but 5’7 at 125 pounds is normal...? I’m not sure how it’s muscle if my cousin is weighing the same around the same and he’s skin and bones I doubt it, but still decent advice..[DOUBLEPOST=1521144930][/DOUBLEPOST]And 160 at 5’8 that’s not too bad. But if you’re un happy with your body I suggest getting into a sport you enjoy. Honestly, if you do it consistently enough you will have a good time and lose weight. Make some friends as well, but if sports aren’t your thing working out in the gym is always an option a lot of people have trouble with time but if you dedicate 1-2 hours a day you’ll see good results.I mean a lot of us don't play Minecraft, we just use it as a way to make some money.
I'm 5'7 and 125 lbs. I'm not sure if that's big or not, but a lot of it is muscle. I've recently started lifting, which I really enjoy doing, and I am learning a lot. I swim 3 times a week, each session 2 hours of vigorous swimming. When I go to the gym, I run 10-15 mins of cardio, usually full out sprinting.
The training part is an important part of getting lean, but dieting is the key to a successful weight loss. Make sure all of the snacks you eat that make you gain weight are out of the house. Replace those snacks with granola bars and other healthy alternatives. Fruits and veggies are your friends, and water is your best friend.
