Lost a Charge back against a scammer

Recently I was scammed so I decided to charge back the person that scammed me, but yesterday he somehow won the charge back. Is there anything I can do?

Take this as a lesson to use G&S.

Call PayPal up and be really persistent, even if they tell you that it cannot be reopened, be persistent and every time you make a reply, hint that you'd like the transaction to be reviewed again. If you are persistent enough, they'll eventually reopen it and close it in your favour. ( I managed to reopen a closed F&F dispute by calling them up, resulting in a win for me )

You need to find the right PayPal rep. Keep calling until they reopen.
